Prime Video today unveils the first images from the highly anticipated spy action thriller ‘Citadel’. This unprecedented series is an AGBO production of the Russo brothers and series showrunner David Weil, and stars Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, alongside Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville. The first two episodes of the series premiere exclusively on Prime Video on April 28, with a new episode every Friday through May 26. ‘Citadel’ will be available in over 240 countries and territories around the world.
It’s been 8 years since Citadel ended. The world’s independent spy agency charged with ensuring everyone’s safety has been destroyed by agents of Manticore, a powerful syndicate that manipulates the world from the shadows. After Citadel’s demise, elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jones) try to escape with their lives, but they lose all their memories. Since then they have been undetected, building new lives with new identities, unaware of their past. One night, Mason is tracked down by former Citadel colleague Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci) who desperately needs his help to stop Manticore from establishing a new world order. Mason seeks out his former colleague, Nadia, and the two spies embark on a mission that takes them across the globe in an effort to stop the Manticore, while also grappling with a relationship built on secrets, lies, and a dangerous and sometimes eternal love.
Richard Madden plays Mason Kane, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is Nadia Sinh, Stanley Tucci is Bernard Orlick, Lesley Manville is Dahlia Archer, Osy Ikhile is Carter Spence, Ashleigh Cummings is Abby Conroy, Roland Møller is Anders, and Davik Silje and Caoilinn Springall is Hendrix Conroy.
Through Amazon Studios and AGBO from the Russo brothers comes Citadel, executive produced by Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Scott Nemes for AGBO, with David Weil as showrunner and executive producer. Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, Jeff Pinkner, and Scott Rosenberg serve as executive producers for Midnight Radio. Newton Thomas Sigel and Patrick Moran are also executive producers.

Each Citadel series is created, produced, and filmed in one region, and starred by great talent, forming a different global franchise.
