Fred Martins, Jaques Morelenbaum and Paula Morelenbaum together in Portugal for two concerts

There will only be two unique and certainly memorable encounters in Portugal between singer and composer Fred Martins, cellist Jaques Morelenbaum and singer Paula Morelenbaum.

The artists will perform on the stage of the Museum of Almada – Casa da Cidade, on Friday, July 28th, at 9 pm, with free admission, on Sunday, July 30th, at 7 pm, at Quinta Camélia Gardens, in Sintra, in an exclusive concert for 100 people.

It is not the first time that Jaques and Fred perform together and it is not the first time that they perform in this pleasant space in Sintra, however, it is the first time that the singer Paula Morelenbaum will join the two. The concerts will also feature drummer Marcio Dhiniz. After the presentations in Portugal, Jaques and Paula continue to tour other European countries.

The concert lineup brings together classics by authors such as Tom Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes, Caetano Veloso, João Donato, Chico Buarque and Nelson Cavaquinho, such as “A Rã”, by João Donato and Caetano Veloso; “Coração Vagabundo” and “Gente”, by Caetano Veloso; and “A Felicidade”, by Tom and Vinicius, in addition to original songs such as A Filha da Porta Bandeiral by Fred Martins and also Sweetheart, another theme by Fred included in his album Ultramarino and which featured the participation of Jaques Morelenbaum.
