The 2020 edition of the Jardins de Inverno opens on March 7, with one of the most outstanding Portuguese composers, Márcia, whose last work, ‘Vai e Vem’, won the José da Ponte Award from the Portuguese Society of Authors, says the CAE, in a note released today.
The project A Meias, by Figueirenses Susana Jorge and Luís de Sousa, Luiz Caracol, Conimbricenses A Jigsaw, and Tiago Nacarato, with guest Faro (concert included in the ‘Além do Que Se Se’ tour), are the remaining suggestions of the event , which has free entry.
On the 14th, the show of the project A Meias is scheduled for 22h00. A week later, musician, singer and author Luiz Caracol starts performing at 11 pm.
The Coimbra band ‘Jigsaw’ takes the stage on the 21st, at 11:30 pm, in a concert that marks “three important birthdays”: twenty years of band formation; fifteen of the first EP ‘From Underskin’; and ten years of ‘Like the Wolf’.
Finally, at 10 pm on the 28th, Tiago Nacarato presents ‘Além do Que Se Se’, a show on the new tour, which will take place between March and the end of June 2020.
