Gonçalo Peixoto and Alexandra Moura integrate Milan Fashion Week
Gonçalo Peixoto is part of the official calendar of presentations and Alexandra Moura of parades, according to information available on the official online page of Milan Fashion Week, for women.
Gonçalo Peixoto’s presentation is scheduled for Tuesday at 09:00 local time (08:00 in Lisbon) and Alexandra Moura’s parade for Sunday, the 28th, at 16:00 (15:00 in Lisbon). Both will be digital, like the vast majority of presentations and fashion shows during Italian fashion week.
In February 2019, Alexandra Moura became the first Portuguese woman to be part of the official calendar of Milan Fashion Week. The fashion designer started presenting collections in Milan with the support of Portugal Fashion, the Portuguese ‘fashion week’ from Porto.
Gonçalo Peixoto is part of the Italian fashion week calendar under the cooperation agreement signed in 2018 between Associação ModaLisboa and Portugal Fashion.
The collection, “a nostalgic journey through the dance floors and the desire for freedom”, will also be presented in the next edition of ModaLisboa, the 56th, which will take place between 10 and 14 March and will be exclusively digital.
The official Milan Fashion Week calendar for women, which runs from Tuesday to March 1, includes the presentation of collections, among others, by Giorgio Armani, Marni, DSQUARED2, Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, Valentino, and Prada.
