And the Super Bock Stage will welcome the return of some true legends of Portuguese music – the legendary Mind Da Gap, chose Meco to return to the stage, on July 20th.

After a 9 year hiatus, Mind Da Gap are back! The trio composed of Ace, Presto and Serial, which has released 9 projects since 1995, will take the stage again, starting with a bang at the 28th Super Bock Super Rock. The legendary northern group, founded in 1994, is one of the biggest and most respected names in the Portuguese Hip-Hop movement, having played an impossible-to-ignore role in the development of the genre in our country and even in the beginning of its diffusion.
Contemporaries of General D and other pioneering names, Mind Da Gap are an example of longevity and persistence, with more than 20 years in a row in which they remained faithful to their sound, with a close and faithful relationship with thousands of fans, already of several generations, and with hits such as “Bazamos ou Fica”, “Todos Gordos”, “Não Pára” or “És Onde Quero Estar”.
Since their formation in the city of Porto, they have not stopped winning over fans thanks to their lyrics permeated by a strong social conscience and their always innovative productions, with one foot in the great tradition of North American hip-hop and the other exploring the paths of Portuguese music itself. Their debut album, “Sem Cerimónias” (1997), was the first step towards establishing themselves on the Portuguese music scene and all the group’s talent was confirmed in the following records.
“A Verdade” (2000) or “Suspeitos do Costume” (2002), among others, will forever remain classics of our urban music, influencing several generations of musicians. Now, Ace, Presto and Serial will take the stage again. And this return is scheduled for this year’s edition of Super Bock Super Rock. Fans can breathe a sigh of relief and miss a group that has always been known for its unforgettable live performances. Nothing else is expected from these legends of Portuguese music at the concert scheduled for July 20th, at the Super Bock Stage.
