Next Thursday, October 3rd, Diogo Beatriz Santos returns to the Arena Lounge. With over a decade of experience in the music scene, Diogo Beatriz Santos presents himself as an exceptional singer with an extensive and varied repertoire covering genres such as jazz, soul, R&B, pop, world music, MPB, and bossa nova. The vocalist takes the stage alongside Eduardo Faustino on guitar, Francisco Melo on bass, and Guilherme Melo on drums.

The band Satisfaction recreates classics of Rock, Pop, and Soul with an informal and emotional touch. With his acoustic guitar, vocalist Duarte takes the stage accompanied by João Santos on guitar, Miguel Teixeira on bass, and João Mousinho on drums.
Arena Lounge – DJ Sets
The musical entertainment extends on Fridays and Saturdays with experienced DJs choosing the right rhythms for a lively evening at the Arena Lounge. With free entry, the lineup is as follows:
DJ John Holmes, October 4th
One of Lisbon’s best-kept secrets, John Holmes explores various genres of dance music from Funk to House where Disco takes centre stage in a deliberately old-school combination: unexpected, inspired, and dynamic, mixed with insight and elegance just like his impeccably ironed shirts.
DJ Pan Sorb, October 5th
He experienced all the excitement of the 2000s in Bairro Alto, where he played in iconic places like Frémitus, Capela, Purex, Frágil, Clube da Esquina, Bicaense, and ZDB. He was a resident at Lux for seven years with the monthly Fiasco night. Other clubs where he was a resident from north to south of the country include Musicbox, Europa, Lounge, Alcântara-Club, Maus Hábitos, Indústria, Plano B, and Pitch. He has participated in some of the main national festivals: Boom Festival, Super Bock Super Rock, Sudoeste, Sagres Surf Fest, and Cosmopolis.
Luis Leite, October 11th
He is one of the DJs who contributed the most to the evolution of the dance scene in Portugal. Starting his career in the 80s with a residency at Plateau (Official) and progressing to the legendary Alcântara-Mar, he gave life to the first album ever recorded by a club in Portugal: “The House of Rhythm.” With this record, he achieved what had never been accomplished before, the first gold record in national electronic music. This is joined by other milestones, some associated with different projects, such as Delicado, Crystal Symphony, LL Project, and DarkMountainGroup, a co-project with Alex Santos, whose first single, “Lose Control,” reached number 1 on the British magazine DJ Magazine.
DJ Al, October 12th
Alcides, also known as DJ AL, has loyal followers who trust his keen sense (there are records only he owns and records only he dares to play) and his musical taste is free of style prejudice. Active since the early 90s, he went through the initial mythical rave movement and witnessed the birth and growth of the Portuguese clubbing scene. He is a producer in projects like Deal and Slight Delay.
DJ Nery, October 18th
Hypnotic. Futuristic. Geek. Tireless. Nery has always been many things. Producer, DJ, Radio Host, and Scratch nerd: some elements that define his career. His sets demonstrate a rare ability to manage energy and dynamics, along with his sensitivity in blending electronic patterns with organic moments and his refined technique. By challenging the audience to be transported on a unique journey beyond borders, Nery exceeds the expectations of those who are self-assured.
Helder Russo, October 19th
Hélder Russo establishes himself in the clubbing scene through his immense passion for soul, jazz, funk, disco, and the sounds they influence, such as house and Detroit techno. His work as a producer reflects this: a range of distinct influences, but always with Black music, in its various facets, as a common denominator. From jazz to soul, funk, and the electro and new wave of the 80s, converging in the unique and unmistakable sound of Detroit, in its purest and most traditional form, strongly marked by the afro-futurist aesthetic of its beginnings, but also the new generations of producers who continue to keep the legacy of Detroit house and techno alive.
DJ Sheri Vari, October 25th
Reclusive and enigmatic, Mariana Cruz has had several artistic incarnations since she first began being recognized as one of the most talented DJs in Portugal in 2003, a rare case of a young woman succeeding in a scene overwhelmingly populated by men.
DJ Bruno Safara, October 26th
“Refugee in music since 2002, Bruno Safara began sharing his passion for music by chance. His musical journey has undergone many musical influences, the result of his relentless search for new musical currents as well as the rediscovery of older themes, having served as a resident DJ in some iconic bars of Lisbon nightlife like Estado Liquido in Santos and Frágil in Bairro Alto. In his sets, you can hear rock, funk, disco, house, and techno influences, always seeking to create musical bridges between the past and the present, keeping an eye on the future.”
DJ Luis Patraquim, October 31st
Luis Patraquim’s DJ sets are musical journeys that visit Rock n’ Roll, Soul, and Funk from other times, linking them with current Electronic, Indie Pop, and Trip Hop. Sound crossovers that mark eras and styles, celebrating diversity, as only music can do.
