The week that the UPT devotes to psychology and education, which will start on April 5th, will deal with several topics inserted in the current context, starting with a cycle of plenary tables on “diversity from the professional’s point of view”, which will allow participants know several facets of the application of psychology and education.
This event also includes workshops that teach strategies to manage externalizing behaviors in childhood and internalizing in adults, and how to work with self-pity with young aggressors and violence and stigma in LGBT relationships, on the 5th and 7th, respectively.
The UPT, which defends the motto “from knowledge to practice” also organized a scientific meeting between students of educational sciences and students of clinical psychology and health, in order to share and debate ideas.
On the 9th, there will be a scientific meeting in education, which will address new practical and research perspectives, with the following themes to be explored: “Young people who build futures: from exclusion to social inclusion-Active Citizenship Program”, “Pandemia and risks pedagogical and societal: A common challenge for social educators and teacher”, and “Leadership and curricular autonomy and flexibility”.
