Volvo’s first 100% electric has arrived in Portugal
Volvo’s first 100% electric vehicle can now be purchased on the domestic market.
The XC40 Recharge is a high-performance SUV, announced with a power of 408 horsepower (two engines of 150 kW each), which allows you to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds.
The maximum autonomy (WLTP) exceeds 400 kilometers thanks to a battery of 78 kWh of capacity (75 kWh usable). This car has support for fast charging up to 150 kW, stations where it takes just over half an hour to charge from 10 to 80% at an average speed of more than 400 km/h.
Otherwise, at maximum charging power, it is possible to recover 100 km of autonomy in less than 10 minutes. In normal charging (alternating current), this car supports a maximum power of 11 kW (8h for full charging).
The XC40 Recharge is available in Portugal in two versions, the Standard Twin Plus, with an entry price of €57,150.74, and the Twin Pro with an entry price of €61,106.42.
As standard, both versions include four-wheel drive, Google Assistant, 9” touchscreen, and various safety features: Slippery Road Alert, Lane Keeping Aid, City Safety, Blind Spot Information System, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control.
