Video Mapping show, which shows us the fascinating path of Carlos do Carmo will be one of the highlights of this year’s edition of Santa Casa Alfama
It is already on the 24th and 25th of September that fado is once again celebrated in the streets of Alfama and this promises to be a very special edition of Santa Casa Alfama. After an edition dedicated to Amália Rodrigues, this year the Festival pays homage to another great and unavoidable name of fado: Carlos do Carmo.
In addition to a large tribute concert prepared for September 25, which will be directed by Marco Rodrigues, who will be joined by Camané, Gil do Carmo, Maria da Fé, Paulo de Carvalho, Ricardo Ribeiro and Sara Correia for a moment that is expected to be unique and unforgettable, there will be other moments dedicated to this great voice of fado. One of the most awaited moments by fans of Carlos do Carmo and all lovers of fado will be the Video Mapping show projected on the facade of the Lisbon Cruise Terminal.
Presented by the Museu do Fado, the show promises to transport the audience along the fascinating route of ‘Carlos do Carmo‘ and can be seen twice on each night of the Festival, on the 24th and 25th of September.
