Ponte… Nas Ondas! postpones radio and heritage day
Due to the suspension of school and extra-school activities at all levels of education and in most schools, due to the prevention of contagion by coronavirus both in Galicia and in Portugal, Ponte… nas Ondas! postpones the radio and heritage day that was called for March 27. The events planned throughout the Euroregion will be celebrated later, with a date to be determined.
Ponte… Nas Ondas! presented yesterday at the Faculty of Communication Sciences at the University of Santiago de Compostela, the Vice-Rector of Communication Sciences, Alba Silva and the General Secretary of Linguistic Policy of the Xunta de Galicia, Valentín García, the program that the PNO association wants to take to celebrate the 25th anniversary.
Ponte… Nas Ondas! thanks the participation of all schools in Galicia and Northern Portugal as well as the collaboration of the 22 public and local radio stations on the radio journey, initially scheduled for next March 27, we will also reschedule a new date.
We emphasize that for the aforementioned day, more than 55 schools were already registered, as well as groups from the Universities of Santiago, Vigo and Trás-Os-Montes.
