Microsoft and Bizdirect team up with Super Bock and Sporting to take fans to the Stadium
In order to promote the unique feeling of being in a football stadium, at a time when this is not yet possible due to the pandemic, Microsoft and Bizdirect join the action of activating Super Bock, which will allow fans of football to the Sporting stadium on the 15th and 31st of January.
Through the Microsoft Teams platform, football fans will thus be able to watch and participate directly in the SCP x Rio Ave and SCP x SLB games (January 15 and 31, respectively), with access to a single virtual room, where they will be able to see and hear the games, but also interact with each other. On the stands of the José Alvalade stadium, a giant screen, the Super Bock Video Wall (3.5m high and 30 meters wide), will be available, through which footballers will be able to see and feel the emotion of their fans.
It should be noted that several brands, from different sectors of activity, have resorted to the Microsoft Teams platform to promote activation actions, bringing the relationship with their fans closer and closer. These include, for example, the NBA and NFL in the sports sector, Starbucks, among others.
It is through Microsoft Teams‘ NDI® (Network Device Interface) technology that it is possible to transmit the audio and video streams of a meeting to the local network, as will happen in this action at the Sporting stadium.
The Microsoft Teams platform registered 115 million active users worldwide in October 2020, a number that reflects the growing demand for the introduction of improvements and new capabilities to communicate and collaborate.
