Worten launches the Black Friday campaign: a whole month full of promotions, in which variety and price are the protagonists. “A month of discounts that never end” is the motto of this new campaign, which will be in force until November 30 at worten.pt and in all physical stores of the brand.
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]his year, with an additional guarantee: “Buy now. If it gets even cheaper, we will refund the difference”, a new commitment defined within the scope of this campaign, to guarantee the satisfaction of all those customers who prefer Worten to make their Black Friday purchases.
“In an atypical year like this, we had to adjust the campaign’s molds to the current context, ensuring that we continue to offer the Portuguese the best deals on the best technology, whether on worten.pt or in the nearly 200 physical stores we have in the country, all of them prepared to receive customers with total security. Therefore, we will promote the Black Friday campaign throughout the month of November, in this omnichannel logic (complementarity between online and physical), giving customers more time to organize their purchases and take advantage of the promotions they consider most advantageous”, says Inês Drummond Borges, Marketing Director at Worten.
She also adds: “Thinking of all the Portuguese who choose Worten to take advantage of Black Friday, this year we offer a unique value proposition: if the customer buys a product in our stores and it gets cheaper in the meantime , the difference in value is returned to you. In addition, we extended the deadline for returns to January 15th of next year”.
According to a study carried out in partnership with Netsonda, the majority of Portuguese (77%) associate Worten with Black Friday, which is, in fact, one of the most relevant campaigns for the brand’s annual business. With the creativity of the Fuel agency, the campaign is being broadcast on TV, digital, radio, leaflet, social networks, point of sale and on the website worten.pt.
