On a night of pure flamenco, “Sombra Efímera II” stands out for its simultaneous scenic actions and impactful images. It explores a new emotional territory, leaving fear behind and giving way to shapes, light, and sound, rooted in flamenco as a primal expression.

Segmenting layers of colours, from immaculate white to the stains of charcoal, the work evokes the past and the present, addressing themes such as possession, love, and death.

As a forgotten mountain of sand takes centre stage, it symbolizes the union of man with the earth, highlighted by the powerful image of a woman crowning the mountain, challenging conventions.

Free sexuality and other complex messages are explored, inviting the viewer to discover deep layers of meaning. “Sombra Efímera II” is thus a mirror of society, reflecting the evolution and challenges of the modern and historical world, provoking reflections on the path and change.
