The Lisbon International Festival of Street Magic, LISBOA MÁGICA, which emerged in 2006, returns for its 11th Edition, bringing the best that is done in the field of Street Magic worldwide, in a celebration of the universality and timelessness of artistic language, in absolute and surprising interaction with the public space.
Under the artistic direction of Luis de Matos, 15 artists from 9 countries will present 175 shows without access control, spread over 11 venues in the city.
The Lisbon International Street Magic Festival is organized by EGEAC and Lisbon City Council.
The nearly two hundred representations will take place, morning, afternoon, and evening, between the 22nd and 27th of August, in 11 locations in the city of Lisbon: Arco da Rua Augusta, Centro Cultural de Belém, Jardim da Estrela, Jardim Fernando Pessa, Jardim Museu Lisboa, Largo do Carmo, Largo do Chiado, Palácio Baldaya, Parque Bensaúde, Praça Luis de Camões and Praça do Município.
