There is just over a month left until Super Bock Super Rock returns to Meco, on the 18th, 19th and 20th of July.
Directly from Irkutsk, Siberia, Nina Kraviz brings us the warmth of the best electronic music. A regular headliner at the biggest music festivals in the world, Nina is an acclaimed producer, singer, songwriter and even founder of two labels: трип (trip) and Galaxiid. In the mid-90s she fell in love with house music and, when she went to study in Moscow, she was part of the trio MySpaceRocket. The first success came with the track “Amok”, a song released in 2007 and from which Kraviz’s charismatic voice stood out.
Soon after, Nina also began her solo journey, with the success she is known for today. “Ghetto Kraviz”, released in 2011, would become a song heard on dance floors around the world, remixed by several artists throughout the decade. This was also the single that paved the way for the release of her first album, a self-titled album released in 2012, under the REKIDS label. Since then, she has not stopped surprising the public with her cosmic sounds, seeking to go further and further in the art she presents. Nina performs with the same ease, both at the biggest festivals in the world, as well as in underground clubs or somewhat unexpected places like the Eiffel Tower or the Great Wall of China.
The intensity and irreverence she expresses live are also reflected in the studio. If on the one hand themes such as “tarde”, “this time” or “skyscrapers” show an artist always looking to do something different, “dancing”, “hace ejercicios” or “all his decisions” prove that this Russian producer knows, Back to front, all the secrets of dance music. Her authentic personality, as well as her very own style and her desire to touch on increasingly deeper feelings, make Nina one of the biggest names in electronic music made around the world. The next visit to Portugal could only be unmissable and has a scheduled date, July 18th on the Super Bock Stage of the 28th Super Bock Super Rock.
