São Brás de Alportel Municipal Executive visits daycare centers at the beginning of the school year

After the summer vacation is over, the routines are resumed in the work and family. At the beginning of a new cycle, the Mayor of São Brás de Alportel, Vitor Guerreiro, accompanied by the Vice-President, with responsibility in the social areas, Marlene Guerreiro, visited the county’s childcare units, which are taking over their activities. your activities.

The itinerary began with a visit to the António Calçada Children’s Center of Santa Casa da Misericórdia of São Brás de Alportel, which opened its doors to the community in 1982, almost four decades ago, and which currently provides the community with four social responses in the area. children and youth, including a Daycare Center (with capacity for 58 children), a Kindergarten/Preschool (which accommodates 75 children), a Free Time Activity Center (which accommodates 60 children) and a Youth Center ( that welcomes 60 young people).

This was followed by a visit to the Sítio do Bebé Day Care Center of the Workers’ Culture and Sports Center of the City Hall and the São Brás de Alportel Parish Council, the most recent private charity institution in the municipality, which provides the São Paulo community. since 2010 this daycare center has 84 children.
