Unbabel joins world specialists in Lisbon
Customer Centric Conference will be held in Suspenso, Lisbon, June 6, joining companies such as Microsoft, Google, Vimeo, Concentrix, easyJet, Expedia, Booking.com, Majorel, Pipedrive, among others;
Unbabel will stage startups including the Portuguese Attentive, Cleverly and Vantta.
Unbabel, a Portuguese startup that combines artificial intelligence with human post-editing to machine translation, will hold the first customer conference in which to bring together world experts. The first edition of the Customer-Centric Conference (CCC) will take place in Suspenso, Lisbon, on June 6.
With the aim of celebrating ideas, technology and those responsible for changing the customer experience, the event will feature a number of panels, presentations, and workshops that will be discussed and debated by experts from a wide range of backgrounds, from digital to customer support, through project and operations managers.
Microsoft, Google, Vimeo, Concentrix, Expedia, Booking.com, Majorel, and Pipedrive are among the companies that will be represented at the conference and will participate in panels moderated by journalists Jessica Twentyman and Adi Gaskell. The event will also feature David Rowan, a former Wired editor, and Diana Gomes da Silva, the first easyJet Portuguese rider.
In addition to bringing together top experts and discussing technology and ideas about the customer experience, Unbabel will also stage three Portuguese startups during CCC. Attentive, co-founded by Daniel Araújo, Cleverly, co-founded by Cristina Fonseca and Vantta, co-founded by João Martins, together with the Estonian startup Qualitan will have the dedicated Customer Centric Startups to watch panel.
