Thinking of all those who cannot travel to VISTA Restaurante on Christmas Eve, Chef João Oliveira and his team prepared an exclusive gastronomic experience, made from VISTA’s kitchen directly to your home. In 2020 we witness the closing of many restaurants and hotels, but VISTA Restaurante reinvents itself and gives a new format to a special night.
Regarding all safety and protection standards, the menu is prepared for four people and for the good flavor’s fans, especially for those who love the taste of the sea and the most tender meat. In this pack, you will be able to find a Lobster cream with shrimp coast and citrus, Codfish Pithivier and Turkey stuffed with chestnuts and fois gras. Finally, Chef Carlos Fernandes will present you with a set of traditional Portuguese Christmas sweets, french toast and rice pudding.
João Oliveira, VISTA’s kitchen Chef, explains that “this was a way, thought by the whole team, to make up for all those who either did not get a reservation in our restaurant for this very special time or cannot came into our facilities through most varied reasons. It is the first time we make our way into delivery food and, who knows, it will be something for us to think about in the future”.
The price of the menu is tagged 180€ and orders can be placed until December 22nd. Deliveries will take place only aroundPortimão and Monchique, on Christmas Eve, until 4 pm.
