Xpand IT promotes event about Analytics
Xpand IT, a Portuguese technology company, with a strong specialization in areas related to data, namely Business Intelligence, Big Data and Data Science, among others (such as CRM), organizes a session dedicated to the Analytics journey, on March 25, from 9:30 am at 11am. Registration is now open and free.
Increasingly, data is gaining relevance, assuming a central role in making various business decisions. Knowing how to take full advantage of the added value of Analytics becomes, therefore, essential. In this sense, Xpand IT promotes a session dedicated solely to this topic, focusing on the journey of Analytics, in order to contribute to a better analysis of the data and evaluation of the results.
The session will feature the presentation of real cases, such as Havas Media Group and Farmodiética, as well as a segment dedicated to the Tableau tool, in which it will show, in a practical way, how to discover new data or create dashboards through the connection to Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM. The event “The Analytics Journey: from Data to Wisdom” will have as speakers Rui Belona (Data Analyst Manager & Data Business Intelligence of Havas Media Group), Sara Fernandes (Sales Manager Italy, Spain & Portugal at Tableau), Tiago Ribeiro (Director of Farmodiética operations), Ricardo Pires (Partner & Business Intelligence Lead at Xpand IT) and Carlos Moreira (Data Analytics Manager at Xpand IT)
“The importance of making decisions based on facts is increasingly evident. In fact, we verified that, through a transformation of the decision process, based on hard data, there is an increase in efficiency and capacity for innovation”, says Ricardo Pires. “However, it is not always clear how best to adopt an analytics solution and start to take more advantage of the available data. This session is therefore intended to help make this topic uncomplicated and present solutions that will certainly help many companies in the future. We want to show you the journey to promote innovation with data”.
