The Stay burger joint, located in the heart of Benfica, invites families to enjoy the “Stay & Play” experience on Saturdays for lunch, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and will have an extra edition on Children’s Day.
The space offers fun and entertainment for the little ones, with inflatable toys, traditional games, face painting and other challenges, while the family, calmly, enjoys an “old school” hamburger, made in the traditional way and with fresh ingredients.
With a special edition this Sunday, June 1st, to celebrate Children’s Day, the restaurant is open every Saturday for lunch with an à la carte menu and offers several burger options, always prepared fresh. Among the most sought-after specialities is the “StayIn Cheddar”, which is the restaurant’s best seller. Prepared with succulent meat, melted cheddar directly on the bread, crispy bacon pieces, lettuce, tomato and cornichons, a classic combination, but with an original signature from the Stay team. The little ones can opt for the “Simba”, a burger designed exclusively for children and which includes a gift.
“Given its location in the residential area of Benfica, we decided to provide this experience of pure family fun, both for children and parents, who can enjoy a tasty and quiet meal in a pleasant and trendy space, while the mischievous little ones have fun in the company of the monitors that Stay specially provides”, says Mónica Pereira, general manager of Upon Lisbon, where Stay is located.
At Stay, which opened its doors in October 2023, there is much more than burgers. The menu was designed to create a fun and inclusive space, where everyone can find something to their liking, from snacks to share to light salads, including vegetarian options, made with as much soul as the meat-eating ones, always in a relaxed atmosphere.
Open seven days a week, from 12:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Stay’s burgers are made from 100% selected quality meat, which is one of the great successes of this uncomplicated restaurant, which uses the freshest ingredients and homemade sauces made with its recipes, creating irresistible and surprising combinations.
